If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

After the returned product passes quality inspection:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

For COD orders (if introduced later), refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving the customer’s bank details.
